The house

This centuries old house (which was abandoned for years) has recently been restaured using local stones and wood, with respect of the original, traditional architecture and the use of natural materials. The interior decoration has also been made using a maximum of low impact, handicrafted and recycled materials.

This is also why this house is perhaps more fragile than a regular, modern house, and why we would like you to treat it with the care and the respect it deserves. 

The apartment is simple and cozy.  It sleeps three people.  Has a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a living room with a very comfortable sofa-bed, a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with shower. 
Bed and kitchen are hand made,  many of the objects decorating the house are handycrafted.  

Some basic comforts are provided, such as a wifi connection, heating, boiler, fireplace, fridge, cooker, a small grill/microwave oven, an electric kettle and a washing machine. You will also find some complimentary, basic breakfast items such as coffee sticks, tea and herbal tea bags, sugar and salt. 

From the terrace, the south view of the Radika river valley is spectacular.

According to wheater and road conditions, the house is not always accessible by car, otherwise a short uphill walk is needed. Hotel Restaurant Tutto is a mere 10' walk from the house. Its friendly personnel will cater for your check-in, checkout, and all other needs. Shops can be found in nearby Rostushe or Debar.
